Entier is Scotland’s largest independently owned catering company providing high quality bespoke food, facilities and hospitality services to oil and gas, education, business and private catering clients, serving thousands of consumers every day.  Established in 2008 to meet the ever-changing needs of the business industry in Aberdeen, Entier now has three distinct food divisions operating under its banner.

  • RSG – Servicing offshore contracts in 23 international locations including Australia, Canada, Singapore, Trinidad and Tobago, and the USA
  • FRESH – Onshore Catering and retail brand providing catering and hospitality services in client offices including Stork, Helix and Archer while also operating a standalone FRESH retail unit located at Prime Four Business Park, Kingswells
  • Wilde Thyme – Perthshire-based premium event and venue caterer to private and business clients including Glamis Castle and various National Trust sites across Scotland

Scotland Food & Drink is pleased to partner with Entier on a unique opportunity to help source suppliers for their RSG, Fresh and Wilde Thyme brands, and offers food and drink businesses the chance to attend a Meet the Buyer and Chef event.  

The opportunity

Entier is looking to further develop partnerships with Scottish producers and manufacturers who can offer quality innovative food & drink that may be suitable for their catering or retail operations.

This opportunity is open to any Scottish food and drink company interested in gaining an insight into Entier and securing a supply contract.  It is an excellent opportunity to present your products to the Entier team responsible for sourcing and explore potential supply chain options.

Producers should note the following:

  • Products may be ambient, fresh or frozen
  • All categories will be considered
  • Products that will enhance the wellbeing of Entier’s customers are of particular interest
  • Innovation in product, packaging or application is important
  • Products must be produced to the relevant food safety standards
  • Producers should have capacity to supply consistent volume
  • Options to supply direct or via one of Entier’s supply chain partners

Meet the Team & Our Partners

A meeting with the Entier culinary and procurement team and their supply chain partners is offered.  Interested companies are required to complete an application which will be reviewed by the panel prior to being invited to attend.

Shortlisted companies will be notified at least 7 days in advance of the event.  Further information will be provided.

Members of Scotland Food & Drink: FREE
All other companies: £225 + VAT
