Skye Food and Drink Festival is a celebration of food and drink from across Skye and the surrounding regions. The Festival is to be held at The Aros Centre on Wednesday 13 June and Thursday 14 June between 12noon and 11pm.

There will be opportunities to taste and buy, cookery demonstrations, live music throughout the day and Ceilidh’s on both evenings.

The Skye Food & Drink Festival is a must for food lovers. Make your way around the variety of stalls showcasing the amazing abundance, variety and quality of food and drink produced right here on our doorstep. From whisky, gin, wine and beer producers, meat, fish, chutneys and bread, to chocolate and cheese makers, the artisan producers market at the Skye Food and Drink festival is sure to delight the taste buds.

In addition to the stalls, there will be a seated Chef Theatre marquee, where you can enjoy cookery demonstrations with some of Skye’s most celebrated chefs including Lady Claire MacDonald, Scott Davies and Calum Munro along with Patisserie Chef of the Year Helen Vass as they showcase their dishes using the finest local produce and give invaluable tips.

Experience a tutored Tasting of 5 expressions of Talisker including the exceptional Talisker 25 year old in Talisker Whisky Masterclasses. Learn how to create Misty Isle Gin’s signature cocktail, Shepherds Delight with The Isle of Skye Distillers Gin Cocktail Masterclasses.
