The UK food service market is changing rapidly as more and more people look for new ways to enjoy food and drink out of home. Knowing and understanding the trends, as well as identifying the opportunities will be key for those looking to succeed in this fast paced marketplace.

If you’re looking to take advantage of these exciting developments in this £57 bn – and growing - market then join us and our industry speakers at our annual conference and AGM on 29 November 2018 in Glasgow.

Gastronomy Economy has an excellent line up of speakers from insights teams and researchers to those who are already changing the game; serving up fresh and innovative eating and drinking occasions for their customers.

The day kicks off with lunch at 12noon, followed by our AGM and conference. During the conference, there will be an opportunity to network with buyers from the sector and put your questions to them during our panel discussion. You will also hear about the latest foodservice trends, the key operators in the sector, how the sector is performing and how to find your route to market.
