“We have launched a number of products from new suppliers over the last few months and have given the opportunity to three artisan Scottish suppliers to exhibit and they will be offered listings based on their success at the event.

We have lots of interesting topics and workshops on the day to help customers understand and profit from trends in the market including free from (vegan/vegetarian) with Gary Maclean and cocktail masterclasses from local Scottish suppliers using Scottish gin, craft beer and cider. Another hot topic includes sustainability. Zero Waste Scotland will be in attendance as well as Hospitality Health, a charity dedicated to mental health in the hospitality sector – all available to provide support to your business.”
